Resize or Repair

If you need a resize, repair or want to add to an existing piece, we’re ready to make it perfect. Our Repair Shop is open to you for as long as you own one of our pieces.

Processing Time

Resize or Repair – Standard

2 weeks from receipt, plus shipping time

Free within 6 months. After 6 months, pricing dependent.

Resize or Repair – Rings & Bangles

2 weeks from receipt, plus shipping time

Pricing dependent.

Replating – Gold Vermeil

2 weeks from receipt, plus shipping time

Free within 3 months. After 3 months, £15.00 per item.

Return or Exchange

Want to change from silver to gold? Want another item altogether? Send it back for exchange or return. You can rest easy knowing that all our returns and exchanges are recycled, and used to create sustainable pieces to love in the future.

Processing Time

30 days for refund, 45 days for exchange

2 weeks from receipt, plus shipping time (for exchanges)

Exchanges: We will contact you to take additional payment or refund any difference owed.

How To Return Your Items

Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging (e.g. gift box). If you don’t have the original packaging, please package the item adequately enough to keep it safe and secure while in transit. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To help us process your return, simply download and print our Returns Form, and enclose it in the package with the returned goods. Failure to include this information may cause a delay.

We advise that all returns are sent via a tracked or recorded mail service as we are not able to accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

If in the rare occasion your item is faulty or breaks within 6 months, please contact us at [email protected] before returning it to us in full for repair or replacement. We will provide you with a free returns label (UK only) or refund the return postage cost (where necessary, this may be in the form of a credit note).

International Returns

You must write “RETURNED GOODS” prominently and clearly on the outside of the package and select “Return” on the Customs form. For any packages not marked as such, we will unfortunately have to deduct any customs fees, taxes and/or brokerage charges from the refund amount.


Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for earrings (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, custom orders, and personalised items.

Christmas Returns & Exchanges

During this busy gifting period, we extend our returns policy to make things easier for you.

For any orders placed between 1st November and 25th December, you have until 15th January to exchange or return any unworn jewellery (subject to the above exclusions). If the gift is not right or you require a different size, we can arrange this for you.
