All our pieces are made by hand, in house and to order, and as such, production times can vary depending on the complexity of the piece. We do our best to make, package and ship most items within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of your order, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. 

The turn-around-time on custom orders depends on the complexity of the design and whether we need to order special items in to complete your custom design. We will always provide you with an estimate time with the design brief and quotation.


If you need an order urgently, please contact us on and we will do our best to get it to you within the required timeframe. Please make sure to include your order number to avoid delays.

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Becky’s Jewellery Boutique is not responsible for delays due to customs.


Standard UK parcels are sent via the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service, who advise 2 – 3 working days for delivery. If no-one is present at your address, then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.

Becky’s Jewellery Boutique is unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, third-party mail services providers, or customs. However, in the unlikely event this occurs, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve any issues.

For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout otherwise Royal Mail may refuse your delivery.

We accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.


Yes! We will send you an email notification to confirm when we have dispatched your order.

Yes, we can change your delivery address if you inform us within 24 hours of ordering. Please email us on or get in touch via our Contact page.

To limit contact with delivery carriers, please note that we will only be dispatching orders two times per week. However, we will upgrade our standard UK delivery to First Class during this time.

Due to widespread disruptions, delivery carriers and postal services remain operational but have advised of possible delays. As such, there is a chance that your package may not arrive within delivery estimates.

Following updates from Royal Mail on Thursday 19 March 2020, we are also currently unable to offer the UK Expedited Delivery (next working day by 1pm) service.
