ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

All our pieces are made by hand, in house and to order, and as such, production times can vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

We will do our best to ship most items within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of your order; however some more complex and personalised pieces may take up to 2 – 3 business weeks. Please refer to the individual product listing for production times.

The turn-around-time on custom orders depends on the complexity of the design and whether we need to order special items in to complete your custom design. We will provide you with an estimate time with the design brief and quotation.

ALREADY ORDERED, BUT WANT IT FASTER?

If you need an order urgently, please contact us on info@beckys.boutique and we will do our best to get it to you within the required timeframe. Please make sure to include your order number to avoid delays.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Becky’s Jewellery Boutique is not responsible for delays due to customs.

DELIVERY TERMS

Standard UK parcels are sent via the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service, who advise 2 – 3 working days for delivery. If no-one is present at your address, then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.

Becky’s Jewellery Boutique is unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, third-party mail services providers, or customs. However, in the unlikely event this occurs, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve any issues.

For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout otherwise Royal Mail may refuse your delivery.

We accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.
