Royal Mail is currently experiencing significant delays and backlogs and we are therefore unable to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

All our pieces are made by hand, in house and to order, and as such, production times can vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Our delivery times don’t include the time it takes to make your piece; please check product listings for the estimated production time.
The production time for custom orders depends on the complexity of the design and whether we need to order special items in to complete your piece. We will always provide you with an estimate time with the design brief and quotation.

We begin making your piece the following business day after you place your order. Production days are Monday – Friday. The above delivery estimates are in addition to the order processing & production time stated above. We will do our best to meet the above delivery estimates but we cannot guarantee them. Delivery schedules do not include Sundays.
If you need an order urgently, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to get it to you within the required timeframe. Please make sure to include your order number to avoid delays.
Standard UK parcels are sent via the Royal Mail 2nd Class or Tracked 48 service, who advise 2 – 3 working days for delivery. If no-one is present at your address, then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.
Becky’s Jewellery Boutique is unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, third-party mail services providers, or customs. However, in the unlikely event this occurs, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve any issues.
For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout otherwise Royal Mail may refuse your delivery.
We accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.
The mail system is running well, but we are aware of some delays with Royal Mail in the UK. So if your order hasn’t yet arrived please allow a few more days than usual before contacting us.
For the latest information, please check Royal Mail’s “Coronavirus Update” page. Royal Mail is experiencing increased levels of employee absence due to illness and self-isolation so some routes may be more affected than others as the situation is constantly evolving.
We are aware of some considerable delays to normal services in some countries – more information and updates can be found via Royal Mail. Deliveries to some countries are arriving in good time but others are taking much longer than usual, so please be aware of this when waiting for your order to arrive. This situation is ever-changing, so we anticipate that overseas orders may take a lot longer to arrive. Although some countries have stopped incoming flights for people, goods are still getting through. All orders to countries outside the UK are sent via a tracked delivery service.
If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you may be charged customs and VAT duties as your items enter your own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control. Please check into your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Our digital gift vouchers are sent automatically via email and can be sent to you or direct to the gift recipient’s email address.

To limit contact with delivery carriers, please note that we are limiting the number of times we dispatch orders each week.
Due to widespread disruptions, delivery carriers and postal services remain operational but have advised of possible delays. As such, there is a chance that your package may not arrive within the above delivery estimates.
Please be aware that international orders may face severe delays at this time, however we and our couriers are all working as fast as we can whilst also ensuring everyone is kept safe.
