All our pieces are made by hand, in house and to order, and as such, production times can vary depending on the complexity of the piece. We do our best to make, package and ship most items within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of your order, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
The turn-around-time on custom orders depends on the complexity of the design and whether we need to order special items in to complete your custom design. We will always provide you with an estimate time with the design brief and quotation.
If you need an order urgently, please contact us on email@example.com and we will do our best to get it to you within the required timeframe. Please make sure to include your order number to avoid delays.

Standard UK parcels are sent via the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service, who advise 2 – 3 working days for delivery. If no-one is present at your address, then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.
Becky’s Jewellery Boutique is unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, third-party mail services providers, or customs. However, in the unlikely event this occurs, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve any issues.
For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout otherwise Royal Mail may refuse your delivery.
We accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.

The mail system is running well, but we are aware of some delays with Royal Mail in the UK. So if your order hasn’t yet arrived please allow a few more days than usual before contacting us.

We are aware of some considerable delays to normal services in some countries – more information and updates can be found via Royal Mail. Deliveries to some countries are arriving in good time but others are taking much longer than usual, so please be aware with this and understanding when waiting for your order to arrive. This situation is ever-changing, so we anticipate that overseas orders may take a lot longer to arrive. Although some countries have stopped incoming flights for people, goods are still getting through. All orders to countries outside the UK are sent via a tracked delivery service.
Yes, our digital gift vouchers are sent automatically via email and can be sent to you or direct to the gift recipient’s email address.
Yes! We will send you an email notification to confirm when we have dispatched your order.
To limit contact with delivery carriers, please note that we will only be dispatching orders two times per week.
Due to widespread disruptions, delivery carriers and postal services remain operational but have advised of possible delays. As such, there is a chance that your package may not arrive within the above delivery estimates.
Please be aware that international orders may face severe delays at this time., however we and our couriers are all working as fast as we can whilst also ensuring everyone is kept safe.
