In placing an order you warrant that all details provided by you are true and accurate, that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the order and that sufficient funds are available to complete the order. We retain the right to refuse any order made by you.
Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company and to availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase.
All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling. If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (these would be supplied directly from us), which may apply to any, or certain, specified items on the website. Such codes are governed by the terms and conditions explicitly set out against them and may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or discounts.
All our pieces are made by hand, in house and to order and as such production times can vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
We will do our best to make, package and ship most items within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of your order; however some more complex and personalised pieces may take longer.
The turn-around-time on custom orders depends on the complexity of the design and whether we need to order special items in to complete your custom design. We will provide you with an estimate time with the design brief and quotation.
UK Standard Delivery: FREE by Royal Mail Second Class Signed For (2-3 working days).
UK First Class Delivery: £3 by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (1-2 working days).
UK Expedited Delivery: £8 by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm (next working day, excludes Saturdays).
EUROPE: International Tracked (where available with Royal Mail) or International Signed / Tracked & Signed (5-7 working days). FREE International delivery when basket total is equal to or over £75 or £8 when total is below £75.
US & CANADA: International Tracked (5-10 working days). FREE International delivery when basket total is equal to or over £75 or £8 when total is below £75.
REST OF THE WORLD: International Tracked (where available with Royal Mail) or International Signed / Tracked & Signed (5-10 working days). FREE International delivery when basket total is equal to or over £100 or £8 when total is below £100.
We will deliver the goods ordered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that someone is there to sign for and take delivery of the goods.
We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
Ownership of the goods and the risk of damage to the goods will pass to you upon delivery, provided we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
All UK orders will be delivered using Royal Mail, or an alternative carrier in the event of industrial action. Someone will need to be present to sign for the goods so please bear this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive a Signed For item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item re-delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
All deliveries to overseas addresses will be delivered using Royal Mail, or an alternative carrier in the event of industrial action.
Please note that delivery to some more remote locations may take slightly longer than quoted.
Parcels may need to be signed for in person so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to accept delivery (at home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the delivery company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal.
You are entitled to return any item bought on beckys.boutique, for any reason, within 14 days of the date of delivery for UK deliveries and 28 days for international deliveries, and receive a full refund (less any postage/shipping charges).
Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
We request that all items are returned in their original Becky’s Jewellery Boutique packaging and in the condition in which they were received. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn or used.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or discarding packaging.
You are responsible for any return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Becky’s Jewellery Boutique Returns
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Therefore, we recommend that all returns are sent via a tracked or recorded mail service and you retain your proof of posting certificate, and that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents of the package.
You must include the following information with your parcel: full name, delivery address, order number, email address, and reason for refund/exchange. Failure to include this information will cause a delay.
Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
The returns process for overseas customers is the same as above, with the exception that you have 28 days to send items back to us.
If you are returning your goods from outside the United Kingdom, you must write “RETURNED GOODS” prominently and clearly on the package.
If you still have the original packaging, we recommend you use this and clearly write “RETURNED GOODS” on the CN22 label and circle the Sender address.
For any packages not marked as such, we will unfortunately have to deduct any customs fees, taxes and/or brokerage charges from the refund amount.
In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will also refund the return postage cost to you.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Where possible, items will be replaced on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and depending on stock availability.
Returns are usually processed within 10-14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s card/method of payment. Refunds for overseas customers (with the exception of EU customers) do not include the original shipping costs.
Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers:
Credit Card: Our bank will credit your account within 5-10 working days of receipt of your items.
PayPal: Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.
Please note that if you pay fully by Gift Card, the amount paid can only be reimbursed as a Gift Card. If partial payment is made by Gift Card, the amount paid via your chosen payment method will be reimbursed first via the same payment method. Any remaining amount will then be recharged to your Gift Card.
Vouchers, earrings and customised products cannot be replaced or returned.
Once your order has been refunded, you will receive a notification email.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

To proceed with an exchange, please include the following information with your parcel: full name, delivery address, order number, email address, which item you would like to swap it for. Failure to include this information will cause a delay.
If the new item is more expensive, we will contact you to take the additional payment and subsequently we will refund you your money if the item is of a lower value. There may be an additional charge for resizing rings and bangles – please see our Resizing Service for details.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement items. We will automatically deduct this amount from any refund that may be due to you. If no refund is due to you, we will contact you to take the payment. We are unable to dispatch any replacement items until this payment has been received.
All goods sold by Becky Everett trading as Becky’s Jewellery Boutique meet statutory requirements. However, Becky Everett trading as Becky’s Jewellery Boutique cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
Please note that all items are hand crafted from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown, in particular natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Every effort has been made to illustrate colours accurately but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Hence, there can be no guarantee that the true colour of the goods will be exactly as shown.

Please note, that once your item has been dispatched we are unable to recall it and will no longer be able cancel it; in this case please see our Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible and within 5 working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Gift Cards are only valid at www.beckys.boutique and are not redeemable at any of our online stockists or third party retail locations stocking the brand.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.
Gift Cards cannot be purchased in conjunction with any promotions or discount codes.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, unless as agreed otherwise at the time of your order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within the following 5 working days.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged/defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.
