How do I place an order for your jewellery?

When you’ve found the items you want to buy, select the material and size (if required) and click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button. This will automatically put the item in your basket. You can see how many items are in your bag and edit them at any time by going to the bag icon in the top right-hand corner. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘Checkout’ button to complete your order.

Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you registered on with the details of your order. If you do not receive this, we advise to check your junk mail folder and if it’s not there, then email us on info@beckys.boutique to request your confirmation to be confirmed and resent.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via all major debit and credit cards and PayPal.

What do I do if there’s a problem with my order?

We are here to help you if there is a problem with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible via email on info@beckys.boutique or via our Contact page.

Can I add to / amend my order?

Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order it may be possible to amend your order. However, if you would like to add another item to your order, we recommend placing a separate order and then informing us so we can match up your orders.

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order provided that you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If it’s too late for us to cancel your order, you can return your order for a refund.

What is included with my order?

Your jewellery will arrive with you beautifully packaged in our signature gift box which is suitable for every occasion and celebration.

We can also hand write a personal message on a card for you. Simply add your special gift message to the recipient in the notes at checkout and we will gladly include your message.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards remain valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1 year, your gift card will become invalid. The gift card can only be used online at www.beckys.boutique

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

All our pieces are made by hand, in house and to order. Therefore, production times can vary depending on the complexity of the piece. We will do our best to ship most items within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of your order; however some more complex pieces may take up to 2 – 3 business weeks. Please check the individual product listing for details. You will receive an email notification letting you know once your order has been dispatched.

I need an item urgently, what can I do?

If you need an order urgently, please contact us on info@beckys.boutique and we will do our best to get it to you within the required time frame. Please make sure to include your order number to avoid delays.

Do I need to pay duties on my order?

If you’re based within the EU, your duties and taxes are covered by us. However, if you are placing an order from outside of the UK or EU, you may be asked to pay extra in addition to your shipping fees to cover any costs associated with importing parcels to your country.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, we can change your delivery address if you inform us within 24 hours of ordering. Please email us on info@beckys.boutique or get in touch via our Contact page.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it for another size?

Yes. Please refer to our Exchange policy here. Note that there may be an additional charge for resizing rings and bangles – please see our Resizing Service for details.

How do I keep my jewellery looking good as new?

All jewellery is delicate, so please handle it with care. You can find more information about how to look after your jewellery here.

Our top tips for looking after your jewellery:

  • Avoid wearing jewellery when working out or swimming
  • Put on jewellery after applying make-up to limit exposure and any potential damage caused by chemicals found in cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes, and lotion.
  • Sterling silver jewellery should be kept in an air-tight container and cleaned with a dry cloth. Please don’t get it wet or it will tarnish.
  • If your jewellery does tarnish, it can be cleaned with a metal polish and dry cloth to restore the shine.

Becky’s Jewellery Boutique is not responsible for any damage or breakages to your jewellery as a result of improper care or carelessness when being worn/handled.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product has a description including the specific product measurements and chain length for bracelets and necklaces.

Please make sure that you carefully check all sizing information in the listing description and photos and select the correct sizing options before you purchase, as we will make your order to these specifications unless we have agreed with you otherwise.

What is Gold Filled and Gold Vermeil?

Gold Filled (or “rolled gold”) comprises a solid layer of gold permanently bonded to a base metal, such as brass.

Gold Filled jewellery contains 100 times more real gold than gold plated jewellery. It is very durable and tarnish resistant, though it may need to be cleaned from time to time. It is commonly used as a more economical alternative to solid gold.

Gold Vermeil is 925 sterling silver that has been gold plated.

Either Gold Filled or Gold Vermeil jewellery is a good combination for those with an allergy to normal, plated jewellery items.

I would like you to make a custom piece for me. Can you do this?

Yes, we love to make custom pieces! Email us on info@beckys.boutique or via the Contact page and tell us what you’re looking for. Be sure to include specifics such as style, size, colour, etc.

If we can accept your request, we will publish a Private Listing for you and notify you that your custom order is ready to purchase.

Please note that custom orders are time consuming and this is reflected in their price. Before starting any custom work, we require full payment upfront via the normal checkout process to cover the costs of materials, etc.

Please note that, unless they arrive damaged or defective, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The hand stamping on my jewellery looks slightly different to that in the pictures. Why is that?

Hand stamping is where we line up letters and symbols with the naked eye using individual stamps and a hammer.

As no machines are used in this process, characters may not be perfectly aligned and there may be variations in depth and spacing. This is part of the piece’s unique charm and is not classed as a fault.
