Becky’s Jewellery Boutique is happy to accept returns of unwanted items (exclusions apply) within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

You must include the following information with your parcel: full name, delivery address, order number, email address, and reason for refund/exchange. Failure to include this information will cause a delay.

We advise that all returns are sent via a tracked or recorded mail service as we are not able to accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in the mail. 

Returns from outside the UK – You must write “RETURNED GOODS” prominently and clearly on the package. If you still have the original packaging, we recommend you use this and clearly write “RETURNED GOODS” on the CN22 label and circle the Sender address. For any packages not marked as such, we will unfortunately have to deduct any customs fees, taxes and/or brokerage charges from the refund amount.

If in the rare occasion your item is faulty, we will also refund the return postage cost to you.

Returns are usually processed within 10-14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. As soon as we’ve received and taken care of your return, we’ll email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.

The refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers. Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. If your item has been bought via a Becky’s Boutique Gift Card, we will issue you with a new credit note.


If you require a different size or want to exchange what you’ve bought for another piece of jewellery, we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To proceed with an exchange, please include the following information with your parcel: full name, delivery address, order number, email address, which item you would like to swap it for. Failure to include this information will cause a delay.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement items. Furthermore, if the new item is more expensive, we will contact you to take the additional payment and subsequently we will refund you your money if the item is of a lower value. There may be an additional charge for resizing rings and bangles – please see our Resizing Service for details.

We try to arrange exchanges and refunds as fast as we can but during busy periods, it can take up to two weeks.

We are unable to take responsibility for items returned to the wrong address.


Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom Orders
  • Personalised Items


We understand that you might have purchased a product recently that has now been reduced in price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the price difference if this occurs.


During this busy gifting period, we extend our returns policy to make things easier for you.

For any orders placed in November and December, you have until 15th January to return it to us. If the gift is not right or you require a different size, we can arrange this for you.
