Buying a Gift Card

If you are buying a Digital Gift Card, it will be emailed to you, the purchaser, ready for you to share with the recipient, unless you choose to send directly to the recipient. Becky’s Boutique is not responsible for any email addresses that are entered incorrectly at the checkout.
We are not responsible for any Digital Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
Digital Gift Cards are not refundable once purchased.
Gift Cards cannot be cancelled by the purchaser of the Gift Card once they have been redeemed in part or in full.
We reserve the right to cancel a Digital Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
Promotion or discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Digital Gift Card.

Using a Gift Card

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on beckys.boutique and are not redeemable at any of our online stockists or third party retail locations stocking the brand.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, are non-transferable and can only be redeemed on beckys.boutique
If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be kept on your Gift Card ready for future purchases. To check the balance on your card, please email us at [email protected]
If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the refund will be credited to back to the Gift Card, ready to be redeemed against subsequent orders.
All purchases made using a Gift Card will be subject to Becky’s Boutique terms and conditions, found here.
You cannot use a Gift Gard to purchase another Gift Card.
Becky’s Jewellery Boutique reserves the right to request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and used to make purchases on the site.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
These terms and conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any dispute (including non-contractual disputes) arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Q: Can I return an item purchased using a Gift Card?
A: Yes, return as you would normally. The amount of the return will be refunded back onto your Gift Card. Cash or credit / debit card refunds will not be given for purchases made using a Gift Card.

Q: Does the Gift Card ever expire?

Q: What happens if I lose my Gift Card?
A: Please try to keep your Gift Card secure. We cannot replace or reimburse the balance if the Gift Card is lost.
