All of the pieces in our Fine Collection currently have a processing time of between 4 – 6 weeks to allow for the hallmarking process.
To avoid disappointment this Christmas, please place your Fine Collection orders by 22 November 2025.
We will continue to process orders for Fine Collection pieces made after this date but cannot ensure delivery in time for Christmas Day.
We’ve extended our returns policy for the festive season.
All unworn and unused jewellery purchased between 1st December – 24th December can be returned or exchanged up until 15th January. Please note the usual exclusions apply.
For purchases made from 25th December onwards, our normal returns policy applies.
