All of the pieces in our Fine Collection currently have a processing time of between 4 and 6 weeks to allow for the hallmarking process.
To avoid disappointment this Christmas, please make sure you place your Fine Collection orders by the following dates:
UK – order by midnight (GMT) 7 November 2023
INTERNATIONAL – order by midnight (GMT) 31 October 2023
We will continue to process orders made after this date for our Fine Collection but cannot ensure delivery in time for Christmas Day.
We’ve extended our returns policy for the festive season.
All unworn and unused jewellery purchased between 1st November – 24th December 2023 can be returned or exchanged up until 15th January 2024. Please note the usual exclusions apply.
For purchases made from 25th December onwards, our normal returns policy applies.
