• Following your order for this service, we will contact you with instructions for returning your ring(s) or bangle(s). Please do not send us anything until you have received our confirmation of acceptance of your return.
• Please confirm with your order the correct ring or bangle size you require.
• We accept measurements in US and European sizes as well as UK sizes – please confirm the scale used.
• If you need a UK ring sizer, you can purchase one here.
• Sizing up by a maximum of one size can usually be completed within one week. All other resizes, including sizing down, can take up to two weeks as we will need to remake the item for you. We will confirm this on receipt of the original piece.
