A fresh take on the hoop earring, the ear cuff is one of our favourite summer accessories.

Ear cuffs are completely versatile; they’re designed to hug the curve on the outside edge of your ear so that you don’t require any piercings and giving you free reign over how you style it. The simplicity of the ear cuff also means they can be easily paired with stud, drop and hoop earrings.

Yet, while we love an ear stack at Becky’s Boutique, the hardest thing about wearing an ear cuff is simply learning how to put them on. If you don’t put them on correctly, ear cuffs can be uncomfortable or could fall off.

Avoid this and find your best fit with our step by step guide on how to wear our ear cuffs.

1. If needed, make subtle adjustments by hand, e.g. squeeze the opening gently to make it tighter, or pull the opening apart to make it looser. Be careful to avoid misshaping the cuff or injuring your ear.
2. Slip the cuff over the thinnest part of your ear, which is usually at the top.
3. Slide it down and rotate towards your inner ear to where it sits comfortably and securely.
4. Place in the desired spot ensuring the ear cuff is sat securely.
