If you participate in our Becky’s Jewellery Boutique promotions and giveaways (the “Giveaways”) you fully accept these general terms and conditions of Becky’s Jewellery Boutique (“GT&C”) and you acknowledge that you fulfil all eligibility requirements.
If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter to the Giveaways. Becky’s Jewellery Boutique may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Becky’s Jewellery Boutique may exclude any participants who are not able to provide such proof. Employees of Becky’s Jewellery Boutique are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaways shall start and close on the date specified on the Becky’s Jewellery Boutique Instagram posts. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.
The Giveaways post on Instagram will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaways. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Instagram post. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram via our official Becky’s Jewellery Boutique account within five business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, Becky’s Jewellery Boutique reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Becky’s Jewellery Boutique’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
The promotional prize shall be a Becky’s Jewellery Boutique product as indicated on the Becky’s Jewellery Boutique Instagram post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Becky’s Jewellery Boutique may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram post and/or Instagram stories.
By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Becky’s Jewellery Boutique, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
The giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram and Instagram is released from all liability.
Becky’s Jewellery Boutique reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any times or change the provisions of these General Giveaway Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof.
The Giveaways are governed by English law. Any dispute that may arise will be subject to the English courts.

We will ship the prize to the address you give us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you give us is correct and accurate and that someone is there to sign for and take receipt of the goods. We are not liable for damage incurred to the prize in transit or for non-delivery. If the prize is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for repeat shipping costs. If your shipping address is outside the UK, you will be responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
