We hope you are well and keeping safe. The health and wellbeing of our team and community remains our top priority, so we’d like to to to keep you up to date with how we’re dealing with the ongoing situation.

WE ARE TAKING ORDERS

Our team is following the recommended Government and PHE health and safety measures when packing your orders.

There are also strict cleaning and hygiene procedures in place across our operations.

To limit contact with third parties and ensure social distancing, we are only dispatching orders two times a week. 

WE ARE SHIPPING

Postal services remain operational but Royal Mail has advised of possible delays.

Postal workers will sign for packages on your behalf where required.

We are currently unable to offer expedited delivery on international orders at this time but standard international delivery options are available.

International Orders – please be aware that international orders may face severe delays at this time. Please know that we and our couriers are all working as fast as we can whilst also ensuring everyone is kept safe.
